Runway Bride

There are so many wedding dresses to choose from. I can understand how brides can get flustered at times while dress shopping. I want to highlight a few of the new trends that caught my attention.

#1 Color, Color, Color!

This Maggie Sottero dress is so Beautiful! It is such a great shade of pink. In fact, this shade of pink is trending as the most popular wedding color, blush.  I love that this gown has a dazzling waistband.  Please keep in mind that the mermaid style isn’t for everyone, since the mermaid shape dress puts an emphasis on the body shape. This style is best for average to tall brides. However This blush pink is so pretty on so many different skin tones!

The blue beauty below is such an amzing way to showcase the color trend! Blue is known to be a peaceful color often associated with being a pure color especially if the shade of blue is a soft shade of blue. I love that there is white lace over the blue. The style of lace is so mesmerizing! This by far is one of my all time favorite Oscar de la Renta dress from the 2013 bridal collection. Plus, this style of dress is so flattering on most body shapes.

#2 Cap Sleeves

This Monique Lhuillier gown is the perfect example of  a cap sleeve on a wedding gown! I love how the cap sleeves are made out of cut out lace. Also, notice how the cut out lace is flattering on both the front and the back of this gown. On the front, the cut out lace highlights the chest with class, and the back of the gown has a key hole!

These are two trends that will be big in 2013. Thank you so much for reading today’s post!

Have a great day!
